Ooops, long over due update!

Well it has been awhile since I updated my blog so here I go. Well Sam is working at Alsco and has been there for a year now and I am so thankful that he is willing to work and provide for me and Kiera! He Has been hunting every weekend since the middle of October, so needless to say I am ready for the hunting season to be over with!! But I do hope that he does get an elk because I would really love to have some elk roasts!

I am working at Basic American Foods part time, and I am so thankful that harvest has come to a close so that I can spend some more time with Kiera! Speaking of Kiera, she is driving me crazy!!!! everything that I ask her the automatic answer is "NO". I have no Idea what to do with her and how to stop getting her to say no. She may drive me crazy but she is my world and I love her to death and I don't know what I would do with out her! She brings so much sun light in to my life daily! I absolutely love her, she is so polite to every one! The other night we went out to dinner and every time the waitress came to the table weather is was bringing our drinks, giving us our food, or refilling our drinks, she said "thank you" every time!

Well I got put in charge for making stuffing and making mashed potatoes for thanksgiving dinner with Sams family... I was just going to do the Stove top stoffers but Sam convinced me to get the recipe from my grandma and grandpa Sandau for homemade stuffing! So I have all of the bread crumbs drying in the kitchen and it has taken up all my pots and pans... so needless to say I think that we will be eating out for the remainder of the week! lol We will be spending Thanksgiving with Sams family at the old family cabin in Victor Idaho! Sam is really excited because he has so many memories there and is very excited to go back and relive some of those memories with his family!

Oh yeah I am so excited for Monday the 14th to come because thats when I get my new furnace!!! It will be so nice and make such a big difference!(I hope)

I am so thankful that I have all of my sisters living here in Blackfoot and that we all can get together every week and hang out! Last week we all got together and canned apples all day. I think that we had 95 quarts of apple sauce and 93 quarts of apple pie filling! It was a long day but so worth it in the end!

Well it has been a long time since I have been on here to blog but here it goes! Kiera is now 15 months old and is running around and getting into everything... She has 12 teeth and is 31 3/4 inches tall and weighs 22.2 lbs. She is my life and I dont know where I would be with out her! I am working a part time job at Basic American Foods with my mom! I only work about 12 hours a week but its great! Sam has a job at Alsco and is loving it... He only has to work Tuesday to Friday but is off by 3 at the latest everyday!

WOW this month just seems to be flyin by with out any hessitation... well I am an AUNT two more times... Kim had a baby boy named Colton Dee and Kaylynn has a little girl named Elizabeth Rose... they are both so Cute! Well Sam and i are doing great he is starting to work alot more... so that means i will have a cleaner house and more income! My work has slowed down considerably... i hope that it will pick up because i really like this job... Sam has a shop that they are building in Rupert that is a 30x200... it will be huge!! i think That he is glad to be back to work also... He will not stop bugging me about having a baby and i don't know if im ready for one yet... i thought that it was supposed to be the other way around that the women are supposed to get baby hungry and they guys don't want anything to do with it... lol he is so funny but i love him... He wants so many things, he wants Jaron to come home off his mission, he wants a baby, he wants a new truck, he wants a new gun... will he ever stop wanting and just be content with what he has? lol i don't know but i sure hope so... Things are going great for us we are saying our prayers every night and we are taking the temple classes... we only have two left and i can't wait... Kim gave me two big bags of prego clothing that i am so greatful for that i just can't wait... i won't hardly have to buy any new ones... (i probable will just because) lol well i best get going!! I love you all

Well it is already April and its hard to believe... Sam and I got the chance of a life time... My whole life i have always want Rag Doll Cats... they are a special breed of cats that cost around $1000 a piece, they are so beautiful, they are usually long haired white with a little brown or gray with BABY BLUE EYES. Some one in the Blackfoot News paper had TWO of them for sale... i called because i love animals and i was really curious to see how much they were asking for them... we went out to look at them and fell in love... we asked how much and they said for FREE... we took them home the nexted day... There names are Storm and Snow! Any way... we decided that we need to cut back on some animals so we sold chevy to one of sams co workers and Sabrina, sams sister said that they would take Abby and Shadow... it will be hard to see Abby go but at least i know they are going to a good family.
Sams work is slowly starting back up... with this weather would be nice then he could be working more...
Oh yeah... in March we officaly bacame HOME OWNERS!!! we bought his grandmas house in town... we are so excited for it... it will be nice because we found out that first time home owners can get a tax credit next year for $8000... it will be nice to know that that much is comming in...
Well last night we went out to help sams grandpa load and sort some of his cows out so that we could take them to the auction today... i had never done something like that before... it was a lot of fun... i was running the gate after we all got them in to a small coral... so it was scary seeing them all comming straight at me trying to get out... but it was something new and exciting!!

Well... Sam and i are watching two kids... one is 2 and one is 5... it has been really interresting... some thing new are we are watching them intil the 9th of march... we are loving there house. the kids talk alot and Odin has a hard time eating his food when he wants it... so any way, it will be interresting to see how things will turn out.

Well this month is just kinda flying by... Sam and I found someone that wanted to buy his 85 GMC truck... he offered Sam $2,500... and of course we said yes... later he wanted to know if we could drop the price down to $2,200... we sold it to him and went and bought a small car... it is a 2002 Hundai Accent and the guy we bought it from said that the best gas milage he got was 41 and the worst is 36... so it will be a nice till car...
Well Sam and i are getting very excited, on Feb. 26 we going to start watching two kids. Chris and Jess Barker... they are going to Hawaii for their Anniversary. we will be watching them for 11 days...
We also had a life time chance... Sams Grandpa Gardner was going to look at some land down in Nevada, there was 360,000 acers down there. he wnated to put a ranch with around 600 head of cows... he wanted us to partner with him... how ever we just found out that the land is already sold so we woudnt live down there... he wants to find some more land a little closer with about 1000 acers. so we still might do it but right know we still don't know.

The New Year

Well another year has come and gone... Sams work has slowed down considerable and is now getting unemployment every week... We both got set apart for sunbeam teachers and are enjoying it so far... we have 4 to 5 kids every week... its fun and a new great experience. We found out that Chris and Jess Barker are in our ward... I have only seen Jess and Addie once.
I am still working at Blackers and loving every minute of it. Its sometimes busy and other days dead as a door nail. Sam has got offered another job with Cannon Builders. It is a company that specializes in concrete. They d0 alot of bridge and goverment work so they pay is alot better that what he was making with Hammond Enterprise.
Iam sick once again and have a dang sinus infection. I hope that its not because of the cats or the dogs, i don't think that i can get rid of the cats... but i think that i can stand to give chevy away. she is the stupidest dog that i have ever had and it is driving me insane. She has torn all the stuffing away from the box spring in the spear bedroom, jumps up on people and scratches them, and the other day she wripped apart a pare of my nice dress shoes. oh i was so mad...
Well both Sam and I have had another Birthday, he is now 23 and I am 20... it seems kinda weird that I am not a teenager any more...lol
Well mom and dad are getting ready to go on their cruise... I don't think that i have EVER seen my dad so ancy to do anything(its kinda funny). He has had everything packed and ready to go for about a week. Today he got angry with mom cause she has not gotten anything packed yet. Iam excited for them but also jelous, They will have so much fun.

Christmas Time

Well its only 9 days till Christmas and 10 days till i turn 20... wow I am so excited i just can't hide it... lol any way... this month has gone by so fast and we have a couple of inches of snow now... i want to go snowboarding so bad... So sammy (sams dog) was in the spare bedroom and when sam let him out... sam saw that he had been chewing on one of our soft pillows, riped the sheets, and then chevy(mydog) started chewing on the box spring and tore a big hole in it... so we both decided that they were staying OUT SIDE for the night... (that didn't last long) around 4 am this morning they both started barking and howling...so i went out and brought them both in side... we were both so mad...

Well its that time of year when you stuff yourself so silly that you cann't bear to move... that what happened with sam and I... now were just out at my parents house and the boys are playing RISK and everyone else is making ginger bread houses... we'll see how mine turns out.
